My name is Wilfredo Robledo I currently attend the Bronx Guild
High School. My internship is currently at the Sound View Health Center. I work as the fitness trainer to help the poeple
that are out of shape to get fit. I got interested in this project because i see many people that have many disabilities and
a hard life when they tell me thier past life and how they got this way. That's why i want to change the way they appear.
I'm intersted in this because i'm at the same time helping people have a successful exercise i am getting knowlegde on
what exercises not to do when they have a specific problem relating to health. I did specific work on a person's
daily diet and how much they say supposed to consume in a daily baisis and i intend to know and research more about it.
Im doing this website because i want people to comprehend that what they do revolving around food can harm them
if make the wrong choices. This will reach out to people and inform them to stop thier habits of the way they eat and
make a diffrence in thier lives. Little do people know what they eat will and is affecting them in life. People
tend to buy what's cheap so the way they go is to pay a visit to fast food resturants That's the main concerns the amount
of fast food industries that are being built in the city of New York. You can have the access to look through my site for
